【關鍵戰役】：如何應對「財報」？

【讀者提問系列】好想賭財報，我該怎麼做？ 由大叔說明涵蓋各種情境對應財報發佈前的做法。

每到密集發佈財報的時期，總會有很多讀者躍躍欲試地提問：「大叔，我看好某某公司，那到底值不值得賭財報呀？」

大叔在這篇貼文裡完整分享我的建議和看法 —

美股的財報日，根本是「賭場」！

我見過太多次，業績「超級好」，股價開盤漲，收盤卻大跌的案例。
為什麼？！
因為聰明錢「利多出盡」 (Sell the News)，倒貨給那種看新聞才去追高的人。

我也見過業績「爛到爆」，股價反而大漲至收高。
為什麼？！
因為「利空出盡」(Bad news was priced in)，市場預期它會「更爛」，結果它財報開出來卻「不夠爛」，大家就放鞭炮慶祝了。

決定漲跌的，根本不是「業績好壞」，
而是「業績 vs. 市場變態的超高預期」。

你只是個散戶，你玩不過他們的。所以你該怎麼應對這個「季度賭局」？

針對散戶三種角色，大叔分別說明：

1. 如果你是『投資者』
長線操作者，持有 A+ 資產

• 做法： 抱著不動 (Hold)。
  

• 大叔看法：

  • 你買優質和龍頭公司是為了未來 5~10 年，你根本不該在乎這一季的財報是好 2% 還是壞 2%。

  • 去睡覺，去散步，關掉你的看盤軟體，去做些有意義的事情。

  • 如果因為財報「不如預期」而跌了 10%，你反而該高興。
    為什麼？因為你的「金字塔」第一階段（偵察兵）又等到便宜的「補倉」機會了。

  • 只要它的「基本面停損」理由沒出現（例如護城河消失、資產負債表爆炸），任何下跌反而都是你「左側佈局」的機會。

2. 如果你是『交易者』
短/中線投資人，且「已經獲利」過 (大叔倡導100%賣一半的)

這才是最需要策略的。
你坐在「利潤」上，你不想把它還給市場。

• 做法（A）：賣出一半 (Trim Half)

  • 這是我個人最推薦、最舒服的做法。

  • 在財報「前一天」收盤，賣掉你持股的 1/2。

  • 這樣做有什麼好處？

    1. 你把「成本」和「部分利潤」拿回來了。你已經「立於不敗之地」。

    2. 剩下的一半（零成本的「利潤股」），就留著去「賭」財報。

    3. 財報後大漲： 很好，你少賺了一半，但你還是賺了。

    4. 財報後大跌： 你一點都不痛不癢，因為你早就鎖定利潤了。你甚至可以把你賣掉的錢，在低點再買回來。

  • 這叫「大叔的睡得著覺策略」。
    

• 做法（B）：全部賣光 (Sell All)

  • 鎖定利潤，落袋為安。

  • 永遠不要看不起「已實現」的獲利。 俗話說，「豬養肥了，就是要殺的」（Pigs get fat, hogs get slaughtered）。不要貪心到想吃下整隻豬，最後連豬毛都沒摸到。

  • 財報後如果大漲，你「錯過」了怎麼辦？

    沒關係，市場上永遠有下一班車。保住了你的本金和利潤，這就是最大的勝利。

3. 如果你是『博弈者』
你根本還沒進場，想「賭」財報

• 做法： 嚴格禁止！把你的手從「買入」按鈕上拿開！
  

• 大叔看法：

  • 這不是投資，這是 100% 的賭博。

  • 你沒有任何「優勢」。你不知道業績，你也不知道市場的「預期」。

  • 你就是在「買大小，賭輸贏」而已。

  • 千萬不要用你辛苦工作賺來的錢，去賭一個「業績盲盒」！ 這並不值得。
    你想賭，拿 100 塊去買樂透，機率可能還高一點。

大叔提醒

真正的專業人士，是在財報「之後」才行動的。他們會耐心聽完「財報電話會議」，接著去分析「管理層的指引」(Guidance)，然後在股價波動冷靜下來後，才決定是要買入還是賣出。

作為一個聰明的交易者，請在財報「前」鎖定利潤。
