市場每次大跌時，都會有讀者提問：到底該左側接，還是等右側進場？
其實答案，是你必須知道，自己到底在交易什麼。

我們先速記這句話：左側交易追求的是成本，右側交易追求的是勝率。

我來更進一步解釋 —
左側交易：重點在於 限制犯錯成本，而不是猜最低點。在基本面沒有改變時，用時間換成本。
右側交易：重點在於 放棄最低點，換取更高的勝率。在市場重新確認趨勢後，用成本換勝率。

事實上並沒有哪種一定比較好，如果沒有一套紀律，兩種最後都可能變成 #追高殺低！
最重要的是，不要在左側滿倉卻用右側的停損；也不要等到右側確認了才後悔自己左側沒有勇氣。

何時值得開始左側布局？

大叔會留意當這三個條件同時成立時：

1. 公司的基本面沒有改變
財報沒有惡化，全年指引沒有下修，原本支持估值的邏輯仍然成立。價格可以跌，但投資理由不能消失。

2. 買的是高品質公司或 ETF
因為真正不知道最低點的時候，你需要的是可以陪你等待的資產，例如買龍頭股，而不是每天波動兩成的小型熱門股。

3. 你願意接受短期帳面虧損
左側布局最大的代價，就是市場可能繼續下跌一段或長或短的時間。如果無法接受這段等待，就不適合左側交易。

左側交易的風險與門檻

一旦你把左側交易，當成主要策略，甚至一路攤平到滿倉，門檻其實非常高。

首先你需要對公司有足夠深的研究，並能分辨市場修正與基本面惡化的差別，更要有承受三成以上浮虧的心理準備，以及五年以上不需要動用這筆資金的耐心。

否則，左側最後很容易從價值投資，變成沒有上限的攤平。

所以，
即使是左側交易，你也要把自己要打多少的子彈設定好。
