普遍很容易有的錯誤觀念是 對沖就是希望把整個投資組合的下跌全部抵消，這忽略了會花太多成本在於保護自己的風險。

對一般投資人來說，對沖真正的目的，是在市場出現極端事件時，替我們的「核心部位」爭取時間，避免被迫在最差的位置賣出。

因此，對沖應該只針對風險最集中的主題倉，而不是把整個投資組合全部 hedge 掉。

#對沖方法：

1. 採取選擇權，替避險成本設上限

比較合理的範圍是每季不超過整體投資組合的 0.5%至1%。避險不是免費的。買入保護性選擇權，會受到時間價值流失與隱含波動率影響。累積下來，避險本身反而會變成拖累報酬的主要來源。

另外，有些人以替代方式採取買進 #高槓桿反向ETF，這並非好選擇，它存在每日再平衡與負複利問題，持有時間一拉長，實際報酬未必能準確對應原本想對沖的指數。

2. 降持部位，提高現金

很多時候把股票降持，遠比同時持有股票與複雜反向產品更容易控制。

現金它沒有時間價值損耗，沒有槓桿再平衡問題，也沒有到期日。更重要的是現金降低回撤，還保留市場進一步下跌時的選擇彈性。

3. 如果不希望資金完全閒置，也可以用部分 低波動、防禦性板塊 作為現金的孳息替代。但這類部位的定位仍然應該是降低整體波動，不是期待它們完全取代現金。

4. 能源板塊 則是另一種更偏戰術性的對沖

當地緣政治升溫、油價可能因供應中斷而上行時，XLE 這類能源部位可以對沖科技股與高久期資產的部分風險。但能源更適合作為地緣風險升高時的短期保護，而不是長期成長主軸。

一旦戰爭溢價消退、供應恢復，能源部位本身也可能快速回吐。

大叔的總結：

對沖，不是另一筆用來賺錢的重倉交易，而是一張有成本、有期限、只用來保護核心風險的保險。

對多數散戶而言，採取先減少現股、提高現金，再考慮部分選擇權或能源對沖，通常比一開始就使用複雜工具更有效。

最好的避險，是確保市場再跌一段，你仍然有能力做出理性的選擇。
